Bottle Rinser

The bottles are automatically indexed in the “carrier pockets” from the conveyor. Bottles are turned upside down by the carrier pockets during the rinsing cycle. In the rinsing cycle bottle passes over a continuous burst of air. A vacuum sequence follows to ensure removing any remaining dust or other containments.

 

This type of machine is particularly suitable to RINSE and sterilize new GLASS, PET or PVC bottles, to ensure required cleaning for filling products in the containers. The Rinser is almost and always used in Pharmaceutical and Beverage industry.
