Shelter is standard operating room which integrates Power Distribution Equipment, Temperature Controlling Equipment, Environment monitoring equipment and shelter body. It can be the carrier of GSM, CDMA network located in the open air and no needing the fixed room, so it is convenient to be transported and set up quickly.
It ability to work in all weather conditions makes it suitable to be placed in Traffic Net Lines, Scenery Sites, Business Centers and Remote Areas.. STRUCTURAL

MODULAR STRUCTURE

WALL, ROOF, FLOOR PANELS

The container wall, roof and floor is composed of formed color coated galvanized steel sheets, dunk in high density PU; owing to its strong temperature preservation, heat insulation, water tightness and anti corrosion.
This process is carefully monitored to assure a high-quality structural bond that will withstand a wide range of temperature and humidity conditions.
Improved wind load and insulation values can be gained by increasing the thickness of foam core. The options for Stainless Steel 304  Wall panel is also available for specialty requirements.
The wall panels are joined together by cam-locks embedded in the panel edges.

DOOR

Doors are fabricated by KEW using the same material of construction as the wall panels, completely compatible with our shelters. Standard doors are trimmed with a weather-tight gasket. Door is hung on 5” x 5” stainless steel ball bearing hinges with non-removable pins. For tamper resistance, the hinges are oriented in full mortised position with no fasteners exposed with door is closed. Each door is provided with Door Lock as per requirement. 

BASE

The Base of the shelter consist of Galvanized steel structure.

ROOF CAP

A formed color coated galvanized steel sheets roof cap is provided. Optionally Fiber glass roof cap is also available.

 ELECTRICAL CONTROL SYSTEM

 POWERDISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

 The power distribution box of the shelter (hereinafter as power distribution box) is a special power distribution box developed for unmanned cell site; it integrates AC power distribution unit, environment monitoring and temperature control all together with comprehensive function, high reliability and easy operation.

 TEMPERATURE CONROLLING SYSTEMS

Temperature Controlling System is made up of: Environment Monitoring Unit (EMU)

a)       AirCon Microcontroller Sequencer

b)       Temperature Sensor

c)       Air Conditioners

 ENVIRONMENT MONITORING/ FIRE PROTECTION AND SAFETY SYSTEM

 Environment monitoring system is made up of:

• Environment Monitoring Unit (EMU)
• Temperature Sensor
• Smog Sensor
• Door Sensor
• Water Sensor.

 It will monitor shelter environment and equipment operation status, and send warning if there is any abnormal situation, meanwhile provide output for external nodes.

a) Door Sensor: it will be installed on the top of the    door and started up after opening the door of the shelter.

b). Over-Temperature sensor: it will send warning    if indoor temperature is higher than that set. 

c). Smog Sensor: it will be installed on the roof and   will send warning if the density of fire or smog     reaches the warning level

d). Water sensor: it will give warning if there is      water in the shelter.

e). Failure Warning of Air Conditioners: if current   or temperature controller is abnormal after  3    starting up the air conditioner.  

h). Every warning has contacting output and indicator.
